Hartley, a former sales manager for 12 years, was a partner and rental manager at Premier Properties of the Florida Keys before joining Florida Luxury Rentals. His skill and diversity in sales and as a rental and property manager are further enhanced by his background as a certified engineer.

He has proven that this phrase is more than a slogan by literally rolling up his sleeves when necessary to make immediate repairs on properties to ensure that renters’ experiences are positive.
